Refund policy

Unwashed, unused items not including beverage products may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days. The refund will be given to original method of payment.  Shipping costs are non refundable with a flat $7.99 return rate.  Customs fees and other international fees associated with shipping a product from the United States is not covered by Ted Segers  

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We are unable to process returns for our beverage products as they are perishable products.  If your Ted Segers items are damaged or eligible for exchange or refund, please reach out to ted@tedsegers.com for assistance.
