Cancellation policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at ted@tedsegers.com

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Ted Segers Brew is not eligible for refund.
