Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding holidays/weekends)for for your order to be processed for shipping after receiving a confirmation email.  You will receive a second notification when we ship your Ted gear! Please note, we make every effort to ship as quickly as possible, but we are only human!

We are unable to ship beverages to PO Boxes - please provide a physical address for these packages. 

We currently ship in the USA and Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on your delivery address

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ted Segers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
